Philosophy

The Business Cooperation is a circle of entrepreneurs which was independently established in response to the social and economic demands of the present and future.
Its members are convinced that it is possible to establish institutions within the existing legal system, which support the latter's restructure in terms of the organisation of the social organism.
In their economic activity they feel a duty to found and manage enterprises in which there is a fair balance between the business objectives, the interests of the employees and the welfare of the people.
They have capital and employment at their disposal not because of the power of ownership but because of their mutual understanding of solutions to social conflicts and economic problems.
Their workstyle is one of cooperation and consultation.
The objective of their work is to create and develop new types of business organisations in response to contemporary demands, which (through their interdependence and mutual stimulation) will benefit society as a whole.
In a manuscript dated 28th August 1969, Alfred Rexroth set down his thoughts on the occasion of the foundation of the Business Cooperation, today merged under the Neuguss Verwaltungs GmbH.
